Senior Project Managers / Project Managers (Hong Kong)
Responsibilities will include:
• Managing and Conducting complex projects throughout the Asia-Pacific region;
• Working closely with in-house investigative professionals & research staff;
• Report writing , presentations & business development activities.
Applicants should have:
• In-depth investigative experience in the commercial crime or risk mitigation field or;
• Served in a senior position in law enforcement or in the legal field;
• The ability to operate independently and to lead investigative task forces;
• A keen interest in fraud, business intelligence and due diligence work;
• Ability to generate revenue and effectively promote the company.
Research & Investigative Associates (Hong Kong)
Responsibilities will include:
• Collection, collation and analysis of information from the research of open-source records to support ongoing investigative, business intelligence and consulting projects;
• Production of research reports in English.
Applicants should have:
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin);
• High level of computer literacy, with practical experience in online information retrieval and internet navigation;
• Excellent communication skills with analytical & report writing experience;
• Previous relevant experience in, for example, law enforcement, corporate investigations, financial research or journalism would be advantageous.
Forensic Accountants and Financial Practice Managers (Hong Kong)
Responsibilities will include:
• FCPA compliance reviews;
• Expert witness testimony;
• Fraud and malfeasance investigations;
• Money laundering investigations and advisory work;
• Litigation support;
• Corporate insolvency and restructuring;
• Financial reviews, due diligence & valuations and mergers and acquisitions.
Applicants should have:
• Relevant experience with a Big 4 accounting firm or specialist consultancy;
• Fluency in English & Chinese (Mandarin);
• Top level academic and professional qualifications;
• Ability to write detailed reports in concise English.
Investigation Managers (Shanghai/Guangzhou)
Responsibilities will include:
• Managing & conducting complex intellectual property investigations throughout China and the Asia-Pacific region;
• Liaising with PRC and other Asian law enforcement bodies at a senior level;
• Working closely with in-house investigative professionals & research staff;
• Report writing and presentations;
• Business development activities.
Applicants should have:
• Senior-level expertise in managing and conducting large scale investigations in support of intellectual property & major brands;
• In-depth investigative experience in the commercial crime or risk mitigation field;
• The ability to operate independently and to lead investigative teams;
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Report Writers (Shanghai/Guangzhou)
Responsibilities will include:
• Production of accurate and concise investigative reports in support of brand protection enforcement;
• Analysis of intellectual property trends and the production of strategic reports;
• Liaison with field investigators;
• Maintenance of key databases.
Applicants should have:
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin);
• High level of computer literacy, with practical experience in online information retrieval and internet navigation;
• Excellent communication skills with analytical & report writing experience;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Previous relevant experience in, for example, intellectual property investigations, law enforcement, corporate investigations, financial research or journalism would be advantageous.
Data Forensics Specialists (Hong Kong)
Responsibilities will include:
• Conducting complex projects throughout the Asia-Pacific region;
• Working closely with in-house investigative professionals & research staff;
• Report writing and presentations;
• Working in the identification and up-front evidence collection process in the field at client premises;
• Performing systems analyses, exporting, importing and analyzing data from various software formats;
• Working with off-the-shelf and proprietary data collection, analysis, and reporting tools;
• Developing Ad Hoc data reporting tools;
• Identifying and selling EEC services to existing and prospective forensics and litigation consulting end-clients;
• Participating in the development and delivery of proposals, presentations and related sales activities.
Applicants should have:
• At least 5 +years experience in the area of data forensics or data analysis with certified formal training;
• Demonstrable subject matter expertise in the following areas: Windows (all versions), LINUX, UNIX, *NIX, Oracle, MS-SQL, MS-Access, MS-Exchange and Lotus Notes;
• Certifications considered valuable to this position include: GCFA, IACIS, CISSP, CCE, EnCbE, ACE.
