Mr. Miyoshi is a Senior
Advisor to International Risk Ltd and is assisting our
business development and expansion plans in Japan.
Mr. Miyoshi is currently the Chairman of the FM radio
station "J-WAVE" in Tokyo. Previously he spent 46 years
with the Keidanren (Japan Business Federation). His appointments
there included Director of International Economic Affairs
(1974 to 1980), Managing Director (1980 to 1984), Senior
Managing Director (1984 to 1988), President and Director
General (1988 to 1997) and finally as a Senior Counselor
(1997 to 2000).
Mr. Miyoshi’s field of expertise covers socio-economic
analysis, economic & industrial policies, and as
well as international economics. He played an important
role in conducting policy dialogue with non-Japanese
business and political leaders in Japan and abroad during
his time at the Keidanren.
Mr. Miyoshi is a graduate of Waseda University (B.A.
in Economics 1952, M.A. also in Economics 1954), and
he studied 1 year on a Fulbright scholarship at the
George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He
speaks English and French fluently.
