INTERNATIONAL RISK Ltd
Mr. Niwa is Senior Manager with International Risk based in Tokyo and is responsible for providing detailed research, analysis and investigative support to project managers in the conduct of a wide range of business intelligence, corporate investigations, litigation support and risk mitigation services.
Prior to joining International Risk, Mr. Niwa ran his own consulting firm specializing in business strategy development services, such as Marketing Strategy, Branding Strategy, Management Strategy & etc, for several major corporations.
Before establishing his own business, Mr Niwa was as a senior strategy consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Japan specializing in the information, communication and entertainment industries. Whilst at PwC he managed several large projects for multi-national companies defining business operational processes, developing organizational structures and defining quality control measures and systems.
Whilst studying for a Bachelors degree majoring in sociology from the University of Wisconsin, Mr. Niwa spent two years as a research analyst at an environmental not-for profit organization based in the United States.
Mr. Niwa is fluent in Japanese and English.
