INTERNATIONAL RISK Ltd
Roger Perrin is a non-executive director of International Risk Ltd. He advises the company as to its strategic direction and as to opportunities and developments in the financial services industry.
Roger is the founding shareholder and Managing Director of Scottish and Eastern Limited which is engaged in the business of private equity investment, principally in Hong Kong and the PRC. Mr. Perrin is a native of Hamilton, Scotland and has worked in East Asia since 1971. He has been actively involved in venture capital investments in a wide variety of industries in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia as well as Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China.
Prior to establishing Scottish and Eastern Limited in 1992 in partnership with Mr. Chien Lee, he was a shareholder and director of MM Worms Far East, the regional merchant banking subsidiary of the Worms Group of France.
Roger is Chairman of the Scottish Business Group, which forms part of the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and was also a past Chairman and founding member of the Hong Kong Venture Capital Association.
